Vračila in reklamacije

Za začetek postopka vračila nas lahko kontaktirate. Če bo vaše vračilo odobreno, vam bomo poslali nalepko za povratno pošiljanje ter navodila, kako in kam poslati paket. Artiklov, poslanih brez predhodne zahteve za vračilo, ne bomo sprejeli.

Povračila kupnine žal ni mogeče. Denarja ne vračamo, zamenjate lahko izdelek oziroma pridobite vrednostni bon.

Poškodbe in napake

Prosimo, da ob prevzemu naročila natančno pregledate artikel in nas takoj kontaktirate, če je izdelek poškodovan, ima napako ali ste prejeli napačen izdelek, da lahko ocenimo težavo in jo ustrezno rešimo.

Na žalost vračil znižanih artiklov ali darilnih bonov ne moremo sprejeti.

Menjave

Najhitrejši način, da prejmete drug izdelek, je, da trenutnega vrnete. Ko bo vračilo odobreno, lahko opravite nov nakup želenega artikla.

 

Returns and Exchanges

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are unfortunately not possible. We do not issue cash refunds; however, you can exchange the item or receive a store credit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
